The present invention relates to a method for producing sweet rice drink. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing sweet rice drink, enabling production of sweet rice drink in an easy way while long-term preservation is possible. According to the present invention, the method for producing the sweet rice drink comprises the following steps: (a) adding a malt syrup, rice, and sugar into an electric rice cooker, and then mixing and warming the same (b) steaming the warmed mixture in the electric rice cooker and (c) cooling the steamed mixture.본 발명은 식혜 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 식혜 제조방법은 (a) 엿기름액, 밥 및 설탕을 전기밥솥에 넣고 섞은 후 보온하는 단계 (b) 상기 보온이 완료된 내용물을 전기밥솥에서 찌는 단계 및 (c) 상기 찜이 완료된 내용물을 식히는 단계를 포함함으로써, 식혜의 장기 보관이 가능하며, 보다 손쉽게 식혜를 제조할 수 있는 식혜 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
