The invention relates to a compound of formula 1(see formula 1)wherein R1 represents hydrogen and R2 represents NR5R6, or R1 represents NR5R6and R2 represents hydrogen； R3 represents lower alkyl, fluoroalkyl,hydroxyalkyl orcarbamoyl； R4 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl or halogen； and R5 and R6represent,independently of each other, hydrogen, optionally substituted lower alkyl, N-loweralkylpiperidinyl, N-lower alkylpyrrolidinyl, or lower acyl, or R5R6 togetherrepresentC4-6 alkylene, oxa-C3-4 alkylene, or aza-C3-4 alkylene wherein the nitrogenatom isunsubstituted or substituted, and wherein alkylene in each case may bepartially ortotally unsaturated and/or the carbon atoms of alkylene may be substituted； oraN-oxide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of such a compound. The compoundof formula 1 is useful for the therapy of a disease which responds to aninhibition ofprotein kinase activity, such as neoplastic disease.
