PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bracken-starch pastry-like foods having proper resilience and viscousness, crispy touch and mouth melting and having good texture as bracken-starch pastry by using a material suitable for industrial production of starch or the like which is less likely to age.SOLUTION: There is provided bracken-starch pastry-like foods containing starch, water, edible oil and fat and an emulsifier, the starch contains tapioca starch, the content of the edible oil and fat is 3.0 to 25.0 pts.mass and the content of the emulsifier is 0.05 to 0.65 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the starch.
