The present invention comprises a ginseng wash unit which includes a dipping unit to firstly process contaminants contained in fresh ginseng, a high pressure wash unit to wash for the second time the fresh ginseng that was washed in the dipping unit, a micro bubble unit to wash for the third time the fresh ginseng that has gone through the high pressure wash unit, and an air drying unit to dry the fresh ginseng washed from the micro bubble unit； a steaming and drying unit having a revolving steam spray nozzle to steam and dry the ginseng washed from the ginseng wash unit； and a drying unit to dry the ginseng which has gone through the steaming and drying unit.
