PURPOSE: Grain blocks and a producing method thereof capable of easily carrying are provided to enable users to store the blocks longer than instant cooking rice. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of grain blocks comprises the following steps: preparing rice gruel(S100)； mixing 80-90wt% of washed grains with 9-19wt% of rice gruel after grinding the ingredients(S110,S200)； injecting the mixture into a molding frame, and molding the mixture into a block shape(S300)； separating the blocks from the molding frame, and drying(S400)； and packaging the obtained grain blocks(S500). The grains are rice, cereals, or scorched rice. The rice gruel contains glutinous rice flour, starch, guar gum, and the moisture.본 발명은 곡물 블록의 제조 방법 및 그 제조 방법에 의해 제조되는 곡물 블록에 관한 것으로, 쌀풀을 제조하는 쌀풀 제조 단계, 세척된 곡물 80~90중량%와 쌀풀 9~19중량%를 교반하는 교반 단계, 쌀풀과 교반된 곡물을 형틀에 주입하여, 블록으로 성형하는 블록 성형 단계, 형틀에서 곡물을 탈형하고, 건조시키는 건조 단계 및 곡물 블록을 포장하는 포장 단계를 포함하며, 상기 곡물은 쌀, 잡곡 또는 누룽지인 것을 특징으로 할수 있다.이와 같은 본 발명에 의한 곡물 블록의 제조 방법 및 그 제조 방법에 의해 제조되는 곡물 블록은, 정확한 양으로 조리가 가능하고, 휴대가 용이하며, 조리가 간편한 이점이 있다.
