A manufacturing method of rice paper comprises the following steps: preparing rice powder and rice bran powder by crushing rice and rice bran preparing flour by crushing wheat mixing ingredients in a composition including the rice powder (0-12%), the rice bran (0-12%), starch (42%), the flour (42%), and salt (2%), while including, in the range of 12%, a ratio of the rice powder and a ratio of the rice bran powder which is different from the ratio of the rice powder kneading the mixture, and molding the obtained dough successively while steaming and drying the compressed molded product in an oven at 55°C.
