PURPOSE: A crude saponin mixture composition containing a fermented mixture of soybeans and ginseng, a producing method thereof, a beverage using thereof, and a producing method of the beverage are provided to offer an improved hangover relieving function to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a crude saponin mixture composition containing a fermented mixture of soybeans and ginseng comprises the following steps: mixing water-soaked soybeans and fresh ginseng slices in a weight ratio of 40-60:60-40; steaming the mixture at 100-150 deg C for 30 minutes-2 hours; fermenting the steamed mixture at 40-50 deg c for 48-96 hours in the 80-100% of moisture; drying the fermented mixture in a drying chamber at 50-80 deg C for 1-3 days, and crushing the mixture; repeatedly extracting the crushed mixture using hot water or ethanol to obtain an extract; and concentrating the extract, and mixing the obtained concentrate with apple fermented liquid in a weight ratio of 40-60:60-40.
