PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil and fat composition for puff shells, which enables production of a puff shell with an improved voluminous feeling, and a puff shell prepared using the oil and fat composition for puff shells.SOLUTION: Oils and fats contain beeswax of 0.2-2.5 wt.%, to obtain a water-in-oil emulsified oil and fat composition for puff shells.
