The utility model discloses a granular food structure which comprises at least one kind of edible plant seeds and at least one solid food material. The edible plant seeds comprise seed bodies and outer membranes covering the seed bodies. The outer membranes can absorb water to expand to be colloid after being soaked in water. In an embodiment, the solid food material comprises sodium alginate or gellan gum and is combined with the outer membranes to form solid layers covering the seed bodies. In a preferred embodiment, the solid layers further comprise edible colloid.
