PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel production device capable of efficiently generating a uniform gel.SOLUTION: A gel production device brings a first liquid and a second liquid hardening the first liquid into contact with each other to produce a gel. First nozzles jetting the first liquid and second nozzles jetting the second liquid include: liquid jet parts formed in a peripheral part and a rotation mechanism capable of rotating the liquid jet parts around a rotational axis.
