PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaving device that performs treatment by shaving and impacting a calcified lesion and is excellent in passage in a biological lumen, and provide a treatment method using the same.SOLUTION: A shaving device 1 has a long-sized tubular outer shaft 20 and a long-sized inner shaft 30 to be inserted into the outer shaft 20. In the shaving device 1, the outer shaft 20 has an opening part 22 that connects the inside and outside of the tubular shaft, and the inner shaft 30 has a blade-shaped part 32 movable in a radial direction and is held so as to rotate in a circumferential direction to the outer shaft 20.
