PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model tooth for cutting training, which makes it possible to obtain a cutting feeling close to a natural tooth even while using a safe material which does not harm health even when a student or the like performing the cutting training inhales powder made to scatter by cutting.
SOLUTION: The model tooth for the cutting training is manufactured by the following processes: a process A1 of preparing a mixture consisting essentially of casein powder and water a process A2 of obtaining a molding by stuffing the mixture to a denture mold and heating and pressurizing it a process A3 of crosslinking the molding and a process A4 of drying the molding after the crosslinking treatment.
