PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurizing/heating sterilization method by which oxygen in a container is efficiently removed when performing pressurizing/heating sterilization after charging the container with contents.SOLUTION: The pressurizing/heating sterilization method includes sterilizing the contents charged in a hermetically-sealed container by pressurizing/heating. The container is structured by using a laminated body including an oxygen-absorbing layer made of an oxygen absorptive material, and an oxygen-barrier layer made of the oxygen-barrier material positioning at a side outer of the container than the oxygen absorbing layer.
