PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing pickles free from the restrictions of container strength and size, and to provide a pickle tool.SOLUTION: This method for producing the pickles includes putting pressure on every pickle material, instead of a weight stone followed by preserving and maturing it in a container in the state.
