PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of pickles and a pickle tool without limitation of strength and size of a container.SOLUTION: The method preserves and matures pickle materials by applying compression pressure on each of the pickle materials, and puts the materials in a soft resin bag whose shape can be deformed, applies pressure on the pickle materials from the outside of the bag, and saves and matures them in that state.
