PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickle manufacturing device that is excellent in convenience and sanitation, can manufacture pickles of low salt concentrations in a short time, and is easy to manufacture and robust, in view of the fact that conventional pickle makers, made of porcelain, are heavy because of weight stones inside and unsuitable for direct storage in refrigerators because of very large containers for the volume of content, with the result that pickles made cannot be stored in refrigerators unless they are put in other containers.SOLUTION: A layer of a low-resilience elastic material 3 with good shape recoverability or an airbag 10 is affixed to at least one of two plates. A bag with content therein is caught between the two plates via an intermediate layer so that the bag can be pressurized with a certain pressure. The two plates are interconnected in such a way that they can move for opening and closing. The end of the other of the plates can be connected by freely openable and closable flat-type fasteners so that the content in the bag caught between the plates is continuously pressed to promote the discharge of air in the bag and the dehydration of the content.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】伝統的な漬け物器は陶器製で、重石が入っているために重く、具材の容積に対して容器が非常に大きいため冷蔵庫にそのまま保存するには不適であり、漬け上がった漬け物は別の容器に移し替えなければ冷蔵庫に保存できなかったが、利便性と衛生面に優れ、塩分濃度の低い漬物を短時間に製造でき、製造も簡単で頑丈な漬物製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】二枚の板の少なくとも一方に形状の復元性に富む低反発弾性材3や空気袋10の層を貼り付け、具材の入った袋を、中間層を介して二枚の板で挟んで一定の圧力で加圧できるようにして二枚の板が開閉可動できるように連結し、もう一方の端を開閉自在な平型ファスナーで連結できるようにすることで板挟みにされた袋内の具材を継続的に圧迫し、袋内の空気の排出と具材の脱水を促がす。【選択図】図1
