PURPOSE: Beef-fried soybean paste having reduced smell and salty taste of fermented soybean paste, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the abundant amount of protein to eaters.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of beef-fried soybean paste comprises the following steps: seasoning 100 parts of beef by weight without fat with 5 parts of ground garlic by weight, 5 parts of ground spring onion by weight, 3 parts of powdered sesame mixed with salt by weight, and 3 parts of sesame oil by weight roasting the beef until the moisture and oil boil down adding 50 parts of fermented soybean paste by weight, 5 parts of red pepper powder by weight, 5 parts of honey by weight, and 3 parts of refined rice wine by weight, and roasting the mixture and cooling the mixture before adding more sesame oil.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
