The present invention relates to the use of a novel aminopyridine derivative to prevent or treat cancer, and more particularly to a carcinostatic composition including a compound of Formula 1 or a derivative thereof as an active principle. The compound of the present invention degrades the activation of AIMP2-DX2 targeted by a novel anticancer drug so as to effectively induce destruction of cancer cells, thus effecting prevention and treatment of cancer. Therefore the compound of the present invention can be used to prevent and treat cancer.La présente invention concerne lutilisation dun nouveau dérivé daminopyridine permettant de prévenir ou de traiter le cancer, et plus particulièrement dune composition carcinostatique comprenant un composé de formule 1 ou un son dérivé comme principe actif. Le composé de la présente invention dégrade lactivation dAIMP2-DX2 ciblée par un nouveau médicament anticancéreux afin dinduire efficacement la destruction des cellules cancéreuses, entraînant ainsi la prévention et le traitement du cancer. Par conséquent, le composé de la présente invention peut être utilisé pour prévenir ou traiter le cancer.본 발명은 신규한 아미노피리딘 유도체의 암 예방 또는 치료 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 상기 화학식 1의 화합물 또는 이의 유도체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 항암용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화합물은 새로운 항암제 타겟인 AIMP2-DX2의 활성을 저해하여, 암세포의 사멸을 효과적으로 유도하여 암의 예방 및 치료에 효과적이다. 따라서 본 발명의 화합물은 암 질환의 예방 및 치료의 목적으로 사용될 수 있다.
