The present invention provides a benzoxazole derivative represented by formula 1 which has an inhibitory activity against interleukin-6, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a preparation method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. The compound represented by formula 1 according to the present invention has an excellent inhibitory activity against interleukin-6, and thus can be used to prevent and treat diseases caused by the abnormal activity of interleukin-6.La présente invention concerne un dérivé de benzoxazole représenté par la formule 1 qui présente une activité inhibitrice contre l'interleukine 6, ou l'un de ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, un procédé pour le préparer, et une composition pharmaceutique le contenant. Le composé représenté par la formule 1 selon la présente invention a une excellente activité inhibitrice contre l'interleukine 6 et peut donc être utilisé pour prévenir et traiter des maladies provoquées par une activité anormale de l'interleukine 6.본 발명은 인터루킨-6(IL-6) 저해 활성을 가지는 화학식 1로 표시되는 벤즈옥사졸 유도체, 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 약학적 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물은 인터루킨-6 저해활성이 우수하여, 인터루킨-6 활성 이상에 의해 유발된 질환의 예방 및 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
