A method for manufacturing edible tree fungus sausage includes the following steps (a) mixing and stirring the ground pork, diced tree fungus, seasonings and spices to uniformity (b) preserving the above ingredients (c) pouring the ingredients into the casing to produce semi-finished products and (d) drying the semi-finished products, wherein the edible tree fungus sausage contains 7%-25% diced tree fungus.
