CONSTITUTION: A rice cake steaming set comprises the following: a heating container(10) for storing water； a cover(20) mounted on the heating container； a side wall(31) installed on the center of the heating container, with the lower side located under the water； an upper plate(33) integrated with the upper side of the side wall； through-holes(34) formed on the upper plate； and a simple type rice cake forming container(40) including an under sheet(41) with micro-holes(42) for storing rice cake powder, located on each through-hole to be floated on the water； a curved groove(32) curved from the lower side of the side wall for storing water； and a rib(37) formed on the upper plate among the through-holes for enduring the weight of the rice cake powder inside the simple type rice cake forming container.본 발명은 가열용기(10) 속으로 받침구(30)가 놓여지고, 이 받침구(30)에 통공(34)들이 부여되며, 간이형 떡 성형용기(40)가 받침구(30)의 각 통공(34)들에 배치될 수 있도록 함으로써, 가열용기(10) 속에 세팅되는 받침구(30)의 측벽(31) 속으로 증기압이 통째로 걸리면서 각각의 통공(34)을 경유하여 간이형 떡 성형용기(40) 속 떡가루의 아래로부터 위로 일거에 스팀이 가해짐과 동시에 받침구(30)의 측벽(31) 및 가열용기(10) 사이의 증기압이 간이형 떡 성형용기(40)의 떡가루의 상부로 함께 가해져 하나의 가열용기(10) 속의 다수의 간이형 떡 성형용기(40)에 채워진 떡가루가 한꺼번에 쪄질 수 있게 되어 떡 제조상의 신속성 및 생산성을 극대화시킬 수 있게 된다.
