PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of frozen seasoned powder for sprinkling over rice, which allows the seasoned powder to be manufactured without reduction in freshness of fresh food material such as seafood.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of frozen seasoned powder for sprinkling over rice includes shredding food material, freezing the lump of shredded food material, and fracturing the lump of frozen food material in a frozen state.
