The present invention relates to a method for producing a pork sirloin cutlet or pork tenderloin cutlet with low calorie and, more specifically, to a method for producing a pork sirloin cutlet or pork tenderloin cutlet with low calorie by cooking with addition of dietary fiber and then reducing content of vegetable oil. The method comprises the steps of: (a) preparing pork; (b) producing pork slices; (c) molding the pork slices into a uniform shape; (d) applying a batter liquid to a surface of the molded pork slices; (e) applying bread crumbs to the pork slices coated with the batter liquid; and (f) producing a frozen pork cutlet.본 발명은 칼로리를 낮춘 돈등심 돈까스 또는 돈안심 돈까스를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 식이섬유를 첨가하여 조리 후 식물성 오일의 함유량을 저감시켜 칼로리가 낮은 돈등심 돈까스 또는 돈안심 돈까스를 제조할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.
