The present invention relates to a method for producing a pork sirloin cutlet or pork tenderloin cutlet with low calorie and, more specifically, to a method for producing a pork sirloin cutlet or pork tenderloin cutlet with low calorie by cooking with addition of dietary fiber and then reducing content of vegetable oil.
