This invention mainly relates to a production method of garlic added with fruit flavor, mainly comprising the steps: immersing garlic into fruit juice to permeate the fruit juice into the garlic; and then, baking the garlic in a baking oven to replace the natural pungent smell of the garlic with the flavor of the fruit juice. Therefore, the garlic produced by using the production method disclosed by this invention has fruit flavor, wherein the fruit can be one or a mixture of two or more of apple, grape, orange and the like.本發明創作主要係關於一種添加水果風味之蒜頭製作方法,主要係透過將蒜頭浸入果汁中,令果汁得以滲入該蒜頭內,再將該蒜頭放入烤箱中烘烤,以令果汁的風味將蒜頭天生的刺激性氣味取代,爰此,透過本發明方法所製成之蒜頭具有水果風味,而該水果可為蘋果、葡萄、柳橙等一種或二種以上水果之混合。
