The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a flower tea and to a flower tea manufactured by the method, wherein the method comprises the following steps: (a) pulverizing and juicing flowers; (b) pulverizing, juicing and drying radishes; (c) immersing dried and pulverized products manufactured in the step (b) into a juice prepared in the step (a); (d) lyophilizing the dried and pulverized radishes which have been immersed into a flower juice; and (e) pulverizing the lyophilized product manufactured in the step (d). The flower tea manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention has excellent taste and flavor and is digested well.본 발명은 (a) 꽃을 분쇄해서 착즙하는 단계; (b) 무를 갈아서 분쇄하고 착즙하고 건조하는 단계; (c) 상기 (a)단계에서 준비된 착즙액에 상기 (b)단계에서 제조된 건조 무 분쇄물을 침지시키는 단계; (d) 꽃 착즙액이 함침된 건조 무 분쇄물을 건져서 동결건조시키는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 (d)단계에서 제조된 동결건조 완료물을 분쇄하는 단계;를 포함하는 꽃차의 제조방법 및 그에 의해 제조된 꽃차를 제공한다. 본 발명의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 꽃차는 맛과 향이 우수하고, 소화도 잘되는 특징을 갖는다.
