The present invention relates to beverages comprising horseradish and a method for preparing the beverages comprising horseradish. A method for preparing beverages comprising horseradish has effects that the method is capable of exhibiting antioxidant activities of horseradish by using leaves and stems of horseradish discarded in preparation of the beverages, and the method is capable of preparing health functional beverages which put intrinsic flavor components of raw materials such as astringent taste, bitter taste and others quiet down, and have excellent antioxidant components as well as excellent tastes and flavors by adding dried orange peel, green tea, pine needles, celery or parsley to the beverages.
