The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (A) producing an ingredient-enriched solid powder material containing makkoli ingredients (B) producing makkoli dough containing the ingredient-enriched solid powder material by mixing the ingredient-enriched solid powder material with liquid makkoli so that moisture included in the liquid makkoli is absorbed in the ingredient-enriched solid powder material (C) drying the makkoli dough containing the ingredient-enriched solid powder material and removing alcohol ingredients included in the makkoli dough containing the ingredient-enriched solid powder material (D) pulverizing the dried makkoli dough containing the ingredient-enriched solid powder material and (E) removing alcohol ingredients from the pulverized makkoli dough containing the ingredient-enriched solid powder material. When the present invention is utilized, firstly, several sorts of active ingredients included in makkoli can be effectively utilized. Secondly, a produced powder composition containing makkoli ingredients can be used in procuring noodles, porridge, bread, snacks, and other foods so that a food such as bread including makkoli active ingredients can be produced. Thirdly, several sorts of high concentration active ingredients included in makkoli are contained in the powder composition containing makkoli ingredients of the present invention.
