PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing reel on which a spool reducing an inertial force due to the lightening of the spool and giving a high efficiency of rotation is loaded.SOLUTION: In a spool used in a fishing reel, a fishline-winding body portion for winding and storing a fishline has a hollow cylindrical shape and a rib portion joined in the inner center of the line-winding body portion around the whole circumference in the direction orthogonal to the inner surface of the cylinder has a tapered shape whose thickness is narrowed from a shaft-inserting portion for inserting the spool shaft to the line-winding body portion and both the ends of the taper surface is connected to the shaft insertion portion and the line-winding body portion in curved shapes, respectively.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】軽量化により慣性力を低減し、高い回転効率が図られたスプールを搭載する魚釣用リールが要望されている。【解決手段】魚釣用リールに用いられるスプールは、釣糸を巻回収納する糸巻胴部が中空な円筒形状を成し、内部中央で円筒内面と直交する方向で全周に亘り接合するリブ部が、スプール軸を嵌装する軸挿入部から糸巻胴部に向かい、厚みが狭まるテーパー形状を成し、テーパー面の両端が軸挿入部及び糸巻胴部のそれぞれに曲面状に繋がる構成である。【選択図】図2
