An aspect of the present invention provides a manufacturing method of a velcro sheet on a disposable absorption article. The method according to the present invention is to inject the melted plastic material into the cavity of a mold roller through the opening pre-configured on the substrate of the fabric, such as non-woven fabric, such that the injected velcro strap may be directly combined with the fabric substrate while injecting and forming the velcro strap to complete the manufacturing of the velcro sheet. The method according to the present invention can save the adhesion processing step for adhering the injected velcro strap onto the fabric substrate by adhesive to reduce the processing procedure and enhance the production efficiency, and further reduce the production cost by saving the adhesive for adhesion. The present invention further provides the velcro sheet for a disposable absorption article manufactured by the method according to the present invention.
