PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type eye pressure meter capable of performing eye pressure measurement, obtaining a sectional image of a cornea, and also reducing a fear given to a subject.SOLUTION: A non-contact type eye pressure meter includes: an air flow spraying nozzle 8 that is provided coaxially with an optical axis O1 of an anterior eye part observation optical system 310 to separate from and come close to an eye E to be examined and also sprays an air flow to a cornea C of the eye E to be examined fixation mark presentation means for presenting a fixation mark to the eye E to be examined computing means 81 for calculating an eye pressure value on the basis of detection information caused by deformation of the cornea C when an air flow is sprayed to the eye E to be examined a slit light projection system 320 for projecting a slit light onto the cornea C and a slit light receiving system 330 provided below the slit light projection system 320 through the anterior eye part observation optical system 310 to obtain a sectional image of the cornea by receiving the slit light.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】眼圧測定を行うことが可能であると共に、角膜断面画像を得ることができ、しかも、被験者に与える恐怖感を軽減可能な非接触式眼圧計を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の非接触式眼圧計は、前眼部観察光学系310の光軸O1と同軸に設けられ、被検眼Eに対して離反・接近され、かつ、被検眼Eの角膜Cに気流を吹き付ける気流吹付ノズル8と、被検眼Eに固視標を提示する固視標提示手段と、気流を被検眼Eに吹き付けたときの角膜Cの変形に伴う検出情報に基づいて眼圧値を算出する演算手段81と、角膜Cにスリット光を投影するスリット光投影系320と、前眼部観察光学系310を間に介してスリット光投影系320の下側に設けられかつスリット光を受光することにより角膜断面画像を得るスリット受光系330と、を備えている。【選択図】図9
