PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic operation microscope and an extension unit of the ophthalmic operation microscope which can present an astigmatism axis position in an image to be observed of an eye to undergo an operation observed via an eyepiece part of the microscope in an intraocular lens insertion operation aiming at correction of corneal astigmatism.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic operation microscope and the extension unit thereof include: a first index projection means to project a first index on the cornea of an eye to be operated a first index detection means to detect a reflection image of the first index projected on the cornea by the first index projection means a calculation means to calculate the astigmatism axis of the cornea on the basis of the position relation of the reflection image of the first index, a second index projection means to project a plurality of second indices on the cornea corresponding to the astigmatism axis of the cornea separate from the first index, and a third index projection means to project a third index on the cornea along the optical axis of the eye to be operated separate from the first and the second indices.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 角膜乱視の矯正を目的とした眼内レンズの挿入手術において、顕微鏡の接眼部を通して観察される手術眼の観察像内に乱視軸位置を呈示可能な眼科用手術顕微鏡および眼科用手術顕微鏡の拡張ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】 手術眼の角膜に第1の指標を投影する第1指標投影手段と、第1指標投影手段により前記角膜に投影された第1の指標の反射像を検出する第1指標検出手段と、第1の指標の反射像の位置関係に基づいて角膜の乱視軸を算出する演算手段と、角膜の乱視軸に対応する角膜上に前記第1の指標とは別に角膜に複数の第2の指標を投影する第2指標投影手段と、第1及び第2の指標とは別に手術眼の光軸に沿って角膜に第3の指標を投影する第3指標投影手段を有する。【選択図】 図1
