PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform alignment for measurement of a cornea thickness without regard to a corneal curvature radius.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic apparatus includes: a measurement section that measures a subjects eye bright spot image acquisition means that acquires a bright spot image on the basis of a return light from the anterior segment of the subjects eye irradiated with a near infrared light and slit image acquisition means that acquires a slit image of a cornea on the basis of the return light from the subjects eye irradiated with a slit light.
