PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a fine particle dispersion product, in which a solid fat-containing emulsified particle is further pulverized so that a use feeling is improved and a decorative effect is further enhanced.SOLUTION: The method for preparing the fine particle dispersion product comprises: an emulsification step of emulsifying a component containing a solid oily component at 25°C under a heating condition to obtain an emulsified product and a cooling step of cooling the emulsified product. At the emulsification step, a high-pressure emulsifier or an ultrasonic emulsifier is used. At the cooling step, such a vibration type stirring mixer 40 is used that an agitator 44 comprising a drive shaft 42 and an agitation blade 43 is provided in a casing 41 and the drive shaft 42 is vibrated in the axial direction. At the cooling step, the emulsified product, which is obtained at the emulsification step, is made to pass through the vibration type stirring mixer 40 and cooled continuously to prepare the fine particle dispersion product.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】固体脂を含む乳化粒子が更に微細化され、使用感が向上し、化粧効果が更に高まる微細粒子分散物の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の微細粒子分散物の製造方法は、25℃において固体の油性成分を含む成分を加熱下で乳化させる乳化工程と、乳化物を冷却する冷却工程とを有する。乳化工程は、高圧乳化機又は超音波乳化機を用いる。冷却工程は、ケーシング41内に、駆動軸42及び攪拌羽根43からなる攪拌体44を備え、駆動軸42が軸方向に振動するようになされている振動式攪拌混合装置40を用いる。乳化工程で得られた乳化物を、冷却工程にて、振動式攪拌混合装置40内を通過させることで連続的に冷却して微細粒子分散物を製造する。【選択図】図1
