PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably cut an elastic flexible member mounted to a sheet member.SOLUTION: A cutting device includes a cutter roll having a plurality of cutting projections 11 on a peripheral surface, and an anvil roll arranged to face the cutter roll. The plurality of cutting projections form one or a plurality of cutting projection groups 12 by being sequentially arranged side by side toward an oblique direction to the shaft direction and circumferential direction of the cutter roll. Thus the plurality of cutting projections included in the cutting projection group are arranged so as to sequentially hit a sheet member in accordance with the rotation of the cutter roller.
