PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and device for a compound elastic sheet capable of easily changing a length in the flow direction of the sheet which can cut an elastic body without exchanging rollers provided with a projection part column.
SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a compound elastic sheet is provided with: a process for obtaining a compound sheet 40 by putting a plurality of almost parallel elastic members 1 between two continual sheets a first cutting process for cutting the elastic members 1 of the compound sheet 40 at first projection parts 31a of a first roller 31 having a first projection part column 31b which includes a plurality of first projection parts 31a apart from one another in the axial direction and a second cutting process for cutting the elastic members 1 of the compound sheet 40 at second projection parts 32a of a second roller 32 having a second projection part column 32b which include a plurality of second projection parts 32a which can cut the elastic members 1 that could not be cut at the first projection parts 31a since the members are apart from one another in the axial direction and shift in the axial direction S with respect to the first projection part 31a.
