PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a disposable wearing article which can be efficiently produced and in which waste occurring in materials can be reduced.SOLUTION: Body part elastic bodies (7) are fixed while being extended in a longitudinal direction of a web (W). The obtained elastic laminate (4) is continuously fed in a conveying direction (A). Leg part elastic bodies (10) are extended in the width direction of a support sheet (14) and intermittently arranged in the longitudinal direction of the support sheet (14) and fixed. The support sheet (14) is continuously fed in the conveying direction (A). Absorbent bodies (9) are attached to the support sheet (14). The support sheet (14) is cut in the width direction by predetermined length thereby to form crotch part sheets (8) each of which includes a connection end (21) in a peripheral edge part different from a cut end. The crotch part sheets (8) are moved in parallel and the connection end parts (21) are joined to the elastic laminate (4).
