The method includes: a raw material preparation step of preparing raw materials such as silkworms, Momordica charantia, and effective microorganisms (EM)； a drying step of drying the raw materials； a grinding step of manufacturing Momordica charantia powder, Helianthus tuberosus root powder, and silkworm powder； a heating step of boiling Ulmus davidiana bark and Artemisia annua placed in a boiling pot； an adding step of adding the Momordica charantia powder and the Helianthus tuberosus root powder to the boiling pot； a microorganism adding step of adding the EM and the silkworm powder； a fermentation step； a post-treatment heating step； and a packaging step of packaging only filtrated liquid content.
