PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of eliminating the waste and discomfort from human and animal excretions and utilizing the same for beneficial foodstuff, feed and fertilizer.SOLUTION: After separating excretions into feces and urine and storing them in a vessel, and after carrying out various high temperature treatment sterilization the same is used for livestock and animal feed, agricultural crops, and forestry liquid fertilizer. Further, electric sterilization is carried out on the feces in bedpan 1.
