PURPOSE: A composting method of livestock excretion using a composting apparatus and the composting apparatus of the livestock excretion are provided to successively manufacture compost and exclude composting under a smelly condition. CONSTITUTION: A composting apparatus comprises an input unit(10), a plurality of manufacturing units(20), and an output unit(50). The input unit comprises a warehousing housing(10') and an excretion storage vessel(12). Each manufacturing unit comprises a stirring unit and a manufacturing housing. The stirring unit mixes livestock excretion from the excretion storage vessel. The livestock excretion is fermented by repeatedly moving from inner outside to center part, and from the top to the bottom part. The output unit comprises a delivery housing(50') and a loading and transferring part(54). The loading and transferring part receives the compost from the manufacturing units.본 발명은 가축분뇨 퇴비화설비 및 이를 사용한 가축분뇨 퇴비화방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 퇴비화설비는 입고부(10), 제조부(20) 그리고 출고부(50)로 구성된다. 상기 제조부(20)는 다수개가 차례로 설치되어 가축분뇨가 순차적으로 거치면서 발효가 되도록 한다. 상기 제조부(20)의 내부에는 교반유니트(30)가 구비되어 퇴비로 되는 가축분뇨를 교반시키면서 발효되도록 한다. 상기 교반유니트(30)는 상기 제조부(20)의 외관을 형성하는 제조하우징(20')의 내부에서 회전된다. 상기 교반유니트(30)에는 교반컨베이어(34)가 설치된다. 상기 교반컨베이어(34)는 가축분뇨를 제조하우징(20')의 하부에서 상부로 이송시키는 것이다. 상기 교반유니트(30)에는 내측이송부(38)가 구비된다. 상기 내측이송부(38)은 가축분뇨를 제조하우징(20') 내부의 외곽에서 중심부로 이송시킨다. 상기 출고부(50)로는 다수개의 제조부(20)를 거쳐 만들어진 퇴비가 전달된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면 외부로 냄새가 전달되지 않고, 내부의 냄새나는 환경에서 작업자가 작업하지 않아도 되며, 연속적으로 퇴비를 제조할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
