PURPOSE: A resourcing method of livestock excretion and a system thereof are provided to obtain high quality fertilizer by decomposing and purifying high concentrate organic waste in short time.CONSTITUTION: A resourcing system of livestock excretion comprises a sample reduction solid material incinerator, a deodorant&rsqb grinding device, a mixing tank(6),a microorganism tank(1), purification tanks(8,9,11), a seawater transferring tool and separation membrane. In the resource method of the livestock excretion, the solid livestock excretion is compress molded into pellets and incinerated in the incinerator. The high temperature boiler meteoric water is obtained from the incinerator. The high temperature boiler meteoric water maintains the temperature as 50 deg. Celsius or higher for septic tank in each step and promotes fermentation.
