PURPOSE: A tower typed livestock excretion fermenting apparatus is provided to supply fertilizer regularly from a fermenting tank by supplying the fertilizer from the fermenting tank to a hopper part through a gate device. CONSTITUTION: A tower typed livestock excretion fermenting apparatus comprises the following steps. A fermenting tank(110) comprises a gas exhaust part(112) and a sample reduction entering part(114). A hopper part(120) is formed in the lower part of the tank. A screw(130) for exhaustion is fixed in the lower part of the hopper and a gate apparatus(140) is arranged in the lower part of the fermenting tank. If the hopper part is kept empty and the gate apparatus of the hopper part is open, fertilizer is supplied through the gate apparatus and moves out by the gas exhaust part. The gate apparatus supplies fertilizer to the hopper part by the rotation of a cross typed fan. The power of a motor is supplied to the cross typed fan through a belt.본 발명은 양계장이나 양돈장, 목축장 등에서 나오는 계분, 돈분, 우분 등과 같은 가축분뇨를 톱밥, 낙엽, 왕겨 등과 함께 혼합하여 발효 건조시키므로서 비료를 생산할 수 있는 타워형 무교반 축분발효장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 타워형 무교반 축분발효장치는 발효탱크(110)의 상단에 가스 배출구(112)와 축분 투입구(114)가 형성되고, 발효탱크(110)의 하단에 호퍼부(120)가 일체로 형성되며, 호퍼부(120)의 하단에 배출 스크류(130)가 장착되고, 발효탱크(110)의 하단에 게이트 장치(140)가 배치되어, 호퍼부(120)의 공간이 빈 상태로 유지되다가 게이트 장치(140)가 개방되면, 발효탱크(110)의 퇴비(축분 발효물)가 게이트 장치(140)를 통해 호퍼부(120)로 공급되고, 배출 스크류(130)에 의해 배출구(116)를 통해 배출되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
