PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing amino acid liquid fertilizer using livestock blood is provided to reduce the generation of noise and the consumption of power in coagulated livestock blood grinding process by modifying the structure of a grinding unit. CONSTITUTION: An introducing tank(100) introduces livestock blood of a semi-solid state. Grinding units(110) grind the livestock blood of the semi-solid state. A fermenting tank(120) ferments the ground livestock blood. A vacuum unit(130) generates vacuum inside the fermenting tank. At least one or more grounding units are installed on a pipe(140) connecting the introducing tank and the fermenting tank.
