PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining an effective component of mushroom such as hiratake mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, or tamogidake mushrooms in a short time with high yield.SOLUTION: With media for mushrooms, adsorbents such as activated carbon and ion exchange resin are directly mixed, so that effective components are adsorbed and processed.
