The present invention relates to an apparatus to separate steamed rice cake. More specifically, the said invention relates to an automatic apparatus to easily separate steamed rice cake from a molding tray in a simple manner wherein the steamed rice cake has a fixed shape and size to individually be packaged using the molding tray. In the present invention, disclosed is an apparatus to operate steamed rice cake comprising: a carryout unit which continues to carry the molding tray with frozen steamed rice cake of fixed intervals； a reverse unit arranged in one row along with the moving direction of the tray, holds the tray carried out from the carryout unit, turns the same and moves the same； a hammering unit arranged in one row along with the tray moving direction, hammers the bottom floor of the tray carried out from the reverse unit and moves steamed rice cake separated from the tray.본 발명은 설기떡 탈거장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 성형용 트레이 이용하여 낱개 포장을 위한 소정의 형상 및 크기로 만드는 설기떡을 성형용 트레이에서 간편하고 용이하게 탈거할 수 있는 자동화장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명에서는 일정 거리를 동결된 설기떡이 담긴 성형용 트레이를 연속적으로 운반하는 이송유닛과, 트레이의 이동방향을 따라 일렬로 배치되어 이송유닛으로부터 전달받은 트레이를 홀딩(holding)한 후 뒤집어서 이동시키는 반전유닛 및 트레이의 이동방향을 따라 일렬로 배치되어 반전유닛으로부터 전달받은 트레이의 밑면을 해머링(hammering)하여 트레이에서 설기떡을 떨어낸 상태로 이동시키는 해머링유닛을 포함하는 설기떡 탈거장치를 개시한다.
