The present invention relates to a complex culturing method of Inonotus obliquus, Phellinus linteus and Ganoderma lucidum using mushroom extract. Mass cultivation of complex culture mycelia of Inonotus obliquus, Phellinus linteus and Ganoderma lucidum is possible by using the complex culturing method according to the present invention. The complex culture mycelia of the present invention cultured by using the method are conformed to contain beta-glucan or AHCC in a large amount. The complex culture mycelia cultured by the method are able to be easily cultivated in various media in various conditions such as mushroom extract, cereal crops media, porcine placenta media, sea algae media, etc. Further, the cultivation period is shortened in subculture of the complex culture mycelia, compared to the complex culture mycelia manufactured by the conventional method, and the productivity of the complex culture mycelia can be drastically enhanced as the pollution level is low in cultivation.
