Furthermore, a contamination rate during mushroom growth can be lowered.본 발명은 버섯 재배 방법 및 버섯 재배 기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 버섯 재배 방법은 발효 톱밥을 사용하여 상황 버섯의 재배 기간을 단축하였다. 또한, 발효 톱밥 배지에 킬레이트 유기화한 바나듐, 크롬, 마그네슘 등을 첨가하여 다양한 미네랄을 함유하는 버섯을 생산할 수 있으며, 미네랄의 체내 흡수율을 높일 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 버섯 재배 기구는 용기의 상부에 개방부를 형성하여, 버섯 자실체의 발이를 유도하고, 원하는 위치에 원하는 수량을 결정할 수 있다. 또한, 버섯의 생육 도중 오염율을 낮출 수 있다.
