PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elimination device of an uneven laver bundle capable of eliminating an uneven laver bundle during conveyance without dividing a conveyance conveyor into a plurality of parts and making the conveyance conveyor inclinable.SOLUTION: In an elimination device of an uneven laver bundle for eliminating uneven laver bundle of which a longitudinal direction and/or lateral direction deviation is detected by a deviation detection device from a belt conveyor, from among laver bundles during conveyance by means of the belt conveyor, an elimination device 1 of an uneven laver bundle includes an elimination device 9 of an uneven laver bundle which discharges an uneven laver bundle to the outside of the belt conveyor. The elimination device 9 of an uneven laver bundle has a discharge plate 10, and the discharge plate 10 is arranged on the lower side than a pair of belts 5 and between the belts 5, according to a detection signal of the deviation detection device, rises between the pair of belts 5, supports and lifts an uneven laver bundle N on the belt 5, subsequently, rotates the uneven laver bundle toward the outside and discharges the uneven laver bundle to the outside of the belt conveyor.
