PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver manufacturing machine which prevents reduction in commodity value, increase of running costs, and occurrence of breakdown caused by cleaning liquid residue remaining on a laver draining board.SOLUTION: A laver manufacturing machine (1) includes a spreading device (5), a dehydrator (6), a dryer (7), a peeling device (8), and a laver draining board cleaning device (9) which are successively disposed on a transportation path for transporting a laver draining board (2) with a transport device (4). A cleaning liquid removal device (13) for removing cleaning liquid attached to the laver draining board washed with the laver draining board cleaning device is further disposed on the transportation path. The cleaning liquid removal device removes the cleaning liquid with air blown toward the laver draining board transported with the transport device from a blower (15). The blower suctions the air from the peeling device (8), so that a dried laver is peeled from the laver draining board.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】海苔簀に洗浄液が残留することに起因する商品価値の低減やランニングコストの増大や故障の発生を防止すること。【解決手段】本発明では、海苔簀(2)を搬送装置(4)で搬送する搬送経路上に、抄製装置(5)、脱水装置(6)、乾燥装置(7)、剥離装置(8)、海苔簀洗浄装置(9)を順に設けた海苔製造機(1)において、海苔簀洗浄装置で海苔簀を洗浄した際に海苔簀に付着した洗浄液を除去するための洗浄液除去装置(13)を搬送経路上に設けることにした。また、前記洗浄液除去装置は、搬送装置で搬送する海苔簀に向けて送風機(15)から送風して洗浄液を除去することにした。さらに、前記送風機は、剥離装置から吸気することで海苔簀から乾燥海苔を剥離することにした。【選択図】図1
