PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating plate mechanism for solving the problems wherein a structure where a rotating plate is conventionally lifted through an elevating means set on a device for separating foreign matter from raw laver to adjust a clearance is rational, but when comprehensively considering the motion of a rotating plate, it is considered that comprehensive improvement is demanded from aspects such as further device and/or modification, improvement of a devise structure and size (height) and clearance visibility, and improvement of confirmability of the motion of a mixed liquid from the upper side.SOLUTION: This rotating plate mechanism of the device for separating foreign matter from raw laver have a structure with a clearance formed with a rotating plate, set on the upper side of a selecting casing set on a raw laver mixed liquid tank, and the adjustment of the clearance is performed by lifting and lowering the rotating plate with an elevating means. The surface of the rotating plate is made settable, above the same plane or below the same plane, with respect to the horizontal plane of the selecting casing, and the opening degree of the clearance is set adjustable, as the rotating plate moves from the same plane to the lower side.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来は、生海苔異物分離装置に設けた昇降手段を介して回転板を上昇し、クリアランスの調整を図る構成であり、合理的である。しかし、回転板の動きを総合的に考えた場合には、さらなる工夫及び/又は改良、又は装置の構造・寸法(高さ)・クリアランスの視認性の向上、或は上面からの混合液の動きの確認性の向上等の面からの総合的な改良が望まれると考えられる。【構成】 生海苔混合液槽に設けた選別ケーシングの上方に設けた回転板とでクリアランスを形成し、クリアランスの調整を回転板の昇降を昇降手段で行う構成の生海苔異物分離装置の回転板機構において、回転板の表面を、選別ケーシングの水平面に対して、同一面より上側、又は同一面より下側にセット可能とし、回転板が同一面より下側に向うに従って、クリアランスの開度を調整可能とする生海苔異物分離装置の回転板機構である。【選択図】 図1
