The present invention relates to a longline lifting device. More specifically, the longline lifting device comprises a rotating roller rotated by a hydraulic motor, and a rotated roller rotated by the rotating roller, and is configured to allow a raw line of a loneline to pass between the rotating roller and the rotated roller. An interval between the rotated roller and the rotating roller is finely adjusted by an interval adjustment bolt, and thus it is possible to control friction force of the longline with respect to the raw line. Therefore, a lifting speed and lifting force of the longline can be adjusted according to a working environment.
